The substantial, immense, and often passionate demand for expertise related to business entities is apparent to anyone who's had direct or adjacent experience in the area.

Business entities are the lifeblood of businesses and organizations, and they often have a major impact on their trajectory and success.

​

Entities are necessary to create, build and scale brands and business, and the decisions surrounding the entity can be the difference between failure and success, or between hundreds to thousands in taxes. Not to mention, entities provide a vital and indispensable layer of protection between an individual and their business, so that one small mistake, oversight (or unhinged client!) doesn’t result in a devastating loss of one’s personal assets or life savings.

However, deep and intricate knowledge surrounding entities is surprisingly uncommon – I’ve found that more often than not, even the most accomplished and expert professionals in adjacent industries seldom have more than a working knowledge of the fundamentals.

Every day, I would receive hundreds upon hundreds of emails and phone calls, often from highly successful and knowledgeable CPAs, attorneys, and entrepreneurs, eager for me to answer their questions, clarify the endless amount of confusing (or completely incorrect) information they found or heard, or to simply discuss details surrounding a certain entity type or state.

Not many things come close to the satisfaction of the moment when it would finally "click", or the pride I'd feel when my clients turned their dream or side project into a flourishing business. Where I really found my “place” was with my partners, from those with thriving firms with decades of success, to those just venturing into their first virtual bookkeeping businesses. Many had known their clients wanted guidance with their entities, yet the lack of resources and readily available trusted information made it more convenient to pass off. Once they were empowered to expand their service offerings, their client base was strengthened and expanded, and their revenues increased exponentially.

The knowledge and passion I have for this industry will always be a part of me, so I decided it's time I shared it!
